Well we are here! We got here a little over a week ago. Luckily my parents and sister were able to come down and help us unload our truck. Unfortunately on the way back to Dallas my dad's truck broke down and my dad ended up in the ER to find out that he had something wrong with his heart. Luckily my dad figured everything out and he is now doing well. So needless to say my parents may not be coming back down to Houston anytime soon, it may have left a bad taste in their mouths.
So to celebrate our 1 week anniversary here in Houston we woke up to find that our car had been broken into so we spent all of Saturday morning calling our credit card companies, banks, and the police to make sure no one had stolen our identity (we are well protected). The only thing that we noticed had been stolen out of the car was an old blackberry phone of Dillan's.
Then if that wasn't enough we had to deal with a little situation with one of our tenants. I just wish people would talk to us and not automatically get defensive. We are pretty reasonable people and we are more than willing to figure the situation out!
Anyways on a good note we took the boys to see Shrek the 4th (wow there are a lot of Shrek movies). They loved it and it was nice to do something on a Saturday with Dillan. He is usually working, so it was a nice change.
Dillan's job is going well he was recognized yesterday for coming in #2 in the whole office for calls or something like that. I don't know but it was pretty impressive for someone who has only been there for a week to come in second. I am so proud (tear).
The pregnancy is going good I have been having some pretty hard contractions but nothing major so I am safe for now. The boys are doing good, they have been playing in the pool almost everyday since we've been here because it's Soooooooooooo HOT! It's only May and it's so humid and hot here, we are going to have a hard summer.

That stinks about your car! I need to call you. I think it has been over 24 hours since last talking to you and I am going through withdrawls. :)

Daaaang. That is one hectic week. It seems like things are so out-of-whack for the first month whenever moving. Sorry to hear about your Dad, I hope he is recovering well. Hopefully the things stolen from the car being broken into can be replaced. I just bought Colton a little baby pool, and most the time I feel like getting in the pool with him, in like 2 inches of water ha ha! I'm pretty sure we should all take a huge trip to Schlitterbaun this year, it's a HUGE swim park in Galveston, TX. About an hour. It's super fun :)
So you've already offended the neighbors? It's a good thing they haven't met my boys who in past have peed on front door mats, took a dump on the lawn and will walk into any unlocked house or car for that matter. You have a lot to look forward to Deon :)
